Our main area of service covers the St. Cloud metro area, extending from Brainerd to the northwest metro portion of the Twin Cities. We can also serve Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota at our customer's request.

SERVICES

Poured Footings & Walls

With our Gates Forming system, we are capable of any size poured wall project. Strip footings can be formed and poured up to 500 feet per day if the conditions allow.

Slabs on Grade & Slabs on Deck

With combined experience of over 200 years, our ACI certified finishers have the know how to achieve high quality flat floors. We are capable of pouring 40,000 square feet per day achieving FL/FF values in excess of 35/50. Larger slabs on deck and smaller slab on grade pours are poured with the help of our Copperhead XD Laser Screed.

Paving

Parking lots & large drive areas usually require smaller pours due to changes in elevation.  However, when conditions allow, 20,000 square feet or more can be poured in one day with excellent results. (see photos of Menards, Gleuk Distribution, & Lowes Projects for Kasella’s capabilities.)

 

Specialty Concrete

Customized Machine pits/pads are no problem with our highly skilled union carpenters. Some of our customers include: Columbia Gear (Avon, MN), Trustone Technologies (Waite Park, MN), Flame Metals (Rogers, MN), Quebecor Printing (St. Cloud, MN), Nahan Printing (St. Cloud, MN).....Pictures coming soon!

 

Laser Screeding & Laser Grading

Save time and money by employing our laser screed and laser grader. We have a Somero SXP and a Copperhead XD for all your laser screeding solutions. Utilize our Level Best Laser grading system to reduce costly overages due to pour grading. Please call Joe Bell for more information.
